Shopping cart troubleshooting help page: There are a couple of reasons that you may be having trouble adding items to your shopping cart, both of which are possibly due to the settings on your computer. In order to help you have a better shopping experience on EasyOrderBanners.com, please perform the following troubleshooting tasks. If you still experience problems after performing these tasks, please contact the webmaster.

Step 1. In order to use the shopping cart on EasyOrderBanners.com, you must have cookies enabled on your browser. To do this perform the following steps.

  • Open up Internet Explorer (your browser).
  • Click the "Tools" menu at the top of the page.
  • Click on "Internet Options".
  • Click on the "Security" tab.
  • Click on the security zone "Internet".
  • Set the security setting to "Medium" by moving the slider bar down.
  • Click  on the "Apply" button at the bottom of the box.
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • Set the security settings to "Medium" using the slider bar.
  • Click "Apply".
  • Click "OK".
  • Close your browser and then open it up again.
  • See if the shopping cart now works.

 

 

 


 

Step 2. In order for cookies to function properly, your computer must be set to the correct date and time. Your clock may change on your computer without your knowledge. To make sure it is set correctly, please perform the following steps.

  • Double click on the clock on the bottom, right side of your computer's screen.
  • A small box will pop up with a calendar on it.
  • Examine the settings on the calendar to be sure that the correct year, month, date and time is displayed.
  • Make any necessary corrections if your calendar or clock is not set correctly.
  • Click "OK".
  • See if the shopping cart now works.
